Shipping policy

You agree and undertake that you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.

 

Herbkraft Foods LLP accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you are to be made should be correct and proper in all respects. After the receipt of payment from the buyer, Herbkraft Foods LLP shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer.

 

Shipment of Products: We offer free shipping for all  purchases above Rs.999/-. Transactions amount below Rs.999/- value will be charged for additional shipping cost. Discount codes are not applicable to products that are already on offer.

Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores. We use third-party courier partners and most orders across India are delivered within 7-10 days from receipt of order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday-Sunday. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) is ₹1,000. Only India rupee accepted to make a COD payment. If the order does not reach you within 15 days, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the same. Please understand that as we have limited control over the package once it is shipped, we are unable to cancel/ refund the order before the mentioned timeline.

All the products displayed on our website are exclusive of shipping & delivery costs.

Any and all orders placed by you on this Site are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in any way.
